I just found out that is it possible to have your identity stolen by scammers when you try to get a free book online.
Scenario ~ I was looking for my book online and happen to see it offered for free. I got in contact with Amazon and asked them if they were giving my book away free without me knowing about it.
They said “NO!”
Amazon told me that there are many scammers out there who are looking for people to go onto their site and give their identity information to them.
I asked Amazon how we can get rid of people like this on the internet. They told me we can’t, as soon as we report them to Google they put up brand new ones with new names. So, you the buyer beware.
If you are dealing with a reputable site such as EvasBookStore.com, you know you are safe right here.
