The last thing to do is the editing before self-publishing. The countdown begins before the book gets published this week. Such an exciting time.
I want to make sure the book is without mistakes. My secret weapon is the Word program.
Did you know that you can go to Word and hear your book being read to you?

Go to your Word tool bar, do you see the word Review?
Click onto that.
Now There will be a big A there.
Click onto that.
And then listen to what you have written.
I have found this feature has really helped me get the last edits finished with the second edit.
I cannot tell you how many times I had to rewrite a word because I spelled it wrong. I didn’t know it was wrong until the Word program read it out loud to me. Then I googled the word to get the right spelling.
